How these scores work
Each region's score is recomputed every three hours by the IronJetty bite model from live public feeds — NOAA CO-OPS, the National Weather Service, Open-Meteo and USGS gauges — against the region's own catch history. The model is ours; the inputs are public. Scores cap at 97, because the Gulf keeps its promises to no one. A CLOSED badge means the season rule says let them go — check the rule.
